Ordering & Checkout
1. How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy! Just browse our site, add your products to the cart, and head to checkout when you're ready. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details.
2. Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is required — you can check out as a guest. But if you create an account, you’ll be able to view your order history, save your info for faster checkout, and track orders more easily.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We start preparing your order quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make a change, email us at contact@beautybytammy.ca as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order is packed.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay and Afterpay. All payments are secure and encrypted for your protection.
5. Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
6. Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes — as soon as your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order summary. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
7. Do you restock products that sell out?
Because our adhesives are manufactured in small batches to ensure maximum freshness, inventory is limited and may sell out quickly — especially during sales.
Once sold out, items may take time to return — and in some cases, such as clearance or discontinued items, they won’t be restocked at all.
It is highly recommended that you have a fresh new bottle of adhesive as a back up. That's why we offer the Vision and Passion glue bundles (2 glues) for purchase. Not only do you benefit from free shipping, you also have the peace of mind that if you run out of glue, and you accidentally forgot to order, you always have one on hand.

1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. If you're outside these regions and interested in our lash adhesives, feel free to reach out — we’d love to hear from you.
2. How much is shipping?
We offer simple, transparent shipping rates:

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed with care and shipped out within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Estimated delivery times:
Greater Toronto Area (GTA): 1-2 business days
Ontario: 2–3 business days
Rest of Canada: 3–5 business days
USA: 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays (especially during holidays or sales).
4. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way. Can’t find the email? Check your spam folder, or contact us — we’re happy to help!
5. What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, or something went wrong during transit, please email us at contact@beautybytammy.ca. We'll do our best to make it right and ensure you feel taken care of — that’s our promise.
6. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re located in or near Mississauga, Ontario, you can select Free Local Pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll email you with the pickup address, available times, and easy instructions.
Our studio is located near Winston Churchill Blvd and Hwy 403.
Order email must be presented at time of pickup. If you would like someone else to pickup your order on your behalf, ensure they have your order email printed or on their mobile phone at the time of pickup.
Pickup is by appointment only, and we’ll work with you to make it easy and convenient.

About the Lash Adhesives
1. Which lash adhesive is best for me?
Passion – Fast-drying, 1-2 sec, deep black colour, low fumes, ultra-strong retention – ideal for beginner to experienced lash artists.
Vision – Clear formula, 1-2 sec drying time, low-medium fumes, for clients who are sensitive to the carbon black ingredient – perfect for colour lashes & experienced lash artists.
2. How long does lash adhesive last?
Opened bottle: Replace every 4-6 weeks for peak performance.
Unopened bottle: Stays fresh for up to 6 months when stored properly.
*Pro Tip: Use Adhesive Nozzle Wipes to keep the nozzle clean, preventing clogging and ensuring you always get a clean, precise drop. Don’t forget to “burp” your adhesive bottle before wiping. This is very important to prevent adhesive from bubbling up from the nozzle, into the cap and gluing your cap to your bottle!
3. How do I store my lash adhesive for the longest shelf life?
Keep it in an airtight container or adhesive storage jar.
Store in a cool, dry place (15-25°C / 59-77°F)—avoid humidity!
Never refrigerate after opening (condensation ruins the formula).
4. What’s the best humidity & temperature for using Passion & Vision?
Humidity: Passion works best in 30-70% humidity, Vision works best in 30-60% humidity.
Temperature: Ideal range for Passion is 18-22°C (64-72°F), Vision is 20-25°C (68-77°F).
Pro Tip: Use a hygrometer to monitor your lash room conditions. Remember that incorrect working room conditions with the adhesive can cause poor retention!
5. Why is my adhesive drying too fast or too slow?
Dries too fast? Humidity is too high → Use a dehumidifier or slower-drying glue.
Dries too slow? Humidity is too low → Use a humidifier or faster-drying glue.
6. How do I prevent retention issues?
Shake well before each use (30-60 seconds).
Replace glue drop every 20-30 minutes to keep it fresh.
Clean natural lashes properly before application—no oil or residue!
Use the right amount—too much = clumps, too little = weak bonds.
7. How do I know if my adhesive has gone bad?
Thicker or stringy texture? Time to replace it!
Retention suddenly worse? Old or poorly stored adhesive may be the cause.
Smells different than usual? That’s a sign of breakdown—get a fresh bottle.
8. What should I do if my client has a sensitivity to lash adhesive?
Use Vision (Clear Adhesive) – If your client is sensitive to the carbon black ingredient found in black adhesives then using Vision Clear Adhesive might help. Unfortunately, if your client is allergic to cyanoacrylate, which is the ingredient found in all lash adhesives, it is best not to lash her anymore. Our lash adhesives are manufactured in small batches to ensure freshness and the highest quality.
Work in a well-ventilated space and use a fan to reduce vapours. It is highly recommended that you lash in an environment with an air purifier. If you don't have one make sure you open a window.
Always do a patch test before the first lash appointment, but remember that patch testing only proves that your client didn't have a sensitivity at the time of patch testing. Keep in mind, anyone can develop an allergy to any ingredient at any time, so just do your best to follow professional standards and protocol.
9. Can I use these adhesives for volume or classic lashes?
Passion – Best for classic, hybrid, and volume lashes due to its ultra-strong hold.
Vision – Perfect for colour, hybrid, volume and mega volume lashes, especially for clients with a carbon black sensitivity.

Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of lash adhesives, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products. This ensures that every bottle we ship is fresh, unopened, and safe for professional use.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’re here to help make it right.
Please note:
All sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
We do not offer refunds on digital downloads or promotional items.
2. Can I return unused products?
If your item is unopened, unused, and in original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us first so we can authorize and guide the return process.
3. My adhesive isn’t working the way I expected — can I get a refund?
Lash adhesive performance can be affected by a variety of factors, including temperature, humidity, storage, and application technique. Because of this, we can’t offer refunds on adhesives that have been opened and used, even if the results vary.
That said, we want you to have success with our products! If you’re having trouble, reach out — we’ll do our best to troubleshoot with you and offer guidance based on your environment and skill level.
4. What if my item arrives damaged or leaking?
We take great care in packing every order, but if something arrives damaged, please email us at contact@beautybytammy.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the product and packaging so we can assess and send a replacement if needed.
5. How long does it take to process a return or refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

1. Who is behind Beauty by Tammy?
I’m Tammy — a lash artist, educator, and founder of Beauty by Tammy®. After more than a decade in the industry, I created this brand to solve a simple problem: pro lash adhesives that actually perform without overpaying. Every product we offer is handpicked, tested, and trusted by real lash artists — including me.
2. Why are your glues only sold on your website?
We believe in quality over quantity. By selling directly through our own website, we’re able to ship fresher batches, control the customer experience, and keep prices as low as possible without compromising on quality. Plus, once our glues sell out on Amazon — they won’t be restocked there.
3. Why can’t I find your glues on Amazon anymore?
We’ve chosen to stop selling on Amazon so we can fully control how our lash adhesives are stored, handled, and shipped. As a small Canadian brand, quality and freshness are everything — and unfortunately, Amazon’s fulfillment system doesn’t give us that control.
